- The student has accessed less than **20%** of the course material.
- Refund requests are valid for technical issues or dissatisfaction with the course content.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds under these conditions:

- For any promotional or discounted course purchases.
- Courses that have been fully completed or where a certificate has been issued.

Our team will review your request and respond within **3-5 business days**. Approved refunds will be processed within **5-10 business days**.
4. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for certain services, such as:
- Personalized coaching or consultation services.
- Physical products or materials that have been shipped or accessed.
